Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
All in-store customers and Indiana residents will be charged 7% Indiana sales tax on products purchased. Repair labor and installation labor costs are exempt from Indiana sales tax. Also, shipping costs are exempt from Indiana sales tax. Out-of-state phone orders and internet orders which are shipped out-of-state are exempt from Indiana sales tax. If you are a Indiana business, we must have a Indiana sales tax exemption on file.
Special Orders
If we order any special order product, a non-refundable 50% down payment is required. Any special order products are not returnable. Special order products are products that we normally don't carry in inventory.
Back Orders
When a product is available but we are out of stock, we will place your order on back order and we will ship to you when we receive or we will call you for pick up.
Payment
No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
We honor American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards. Debt cards are accepted for in-store purchases. Customers can mail us a personal check for phone orders. Please allow 10 working days for the check to clear the bank.
All on-line orders are paid through PayPal.
Shipping & Handling
Customers pay for shipping and insurance costs. We ship orders by UPS ground. UPS Next Day Air, UPS Two-Day Delivery, and UPS Three-Day Delivery is available at a added cost.
United States Postal Service is used for smaller, lighter products. Priority Mail and First Class mailing with tracking numbers are used. Sometimes heavier items are cheaper to ship by USPS if you are near Indiana.
International Orders
At present time we do not accept international orders online..
Damaged Products
Inspect your package when you receive it. Tell the delivery person at the time of delivery about any shipping carton damaged. Report any product damaged to Zionsville Train Depot LLC within five days and we will notify the shipper for a insurance claim. UPS normally takes two weeks for investigation.
Returns & Restocking Fees
You have 14 days to return any product for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Customer will pay for the return shipping. All returns must have a Authorization Number. It must be printed clearly on the outside of the box. Boxes with out a Authorization Number will not be accepted. Special order products are not returnable.
